Becky, Mat, and Poppy stayed overnight, for the first time without Tess who was minding the shop. Everyone slept well.
This morning our son and daughter took our granddaughter for a trip out. They returned after lunch and we spent a pleasant afternoon before they returned to Upper Dicker.
I spent some time scanning another dozen colour slides from my Streets of London series, but had insufficient energy left to research the streets and write up the post.
I therefore offer a sample of what I hope to expand upon tomorrow.
This evening, my selection from our stock of supermarket prepared meals; Jackie’s was macaroni cheese. The Culinary Queen added runner beans to each.
